At 10,853 ft. (3308m) it is the 8th highest peak [link]/[link]
in the North American Arctic Islands and was
first climbed in 1970 [link].
Interestingly, this colossal mass is only 70m higher than Greenland’s
Ice Cap [link]

which is solid ice at that point.
